The superstar rapper has whipped fans and followers into a frenzy by declaring his intention to run for President of the Unites States of America.
Taking to Twitter in the midst of 4 July Independence Day celebrations, the self proclaimed genius made clear to all he wanted the country's top job.
He has vowed to take on pal Donald Trump as 2020 took yet another bizarre turn.Kanye tweeted: “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future.”
He then sensationally added: “I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION.”
New best friend Elon Musk – the billionaire owner of car manufacturer Tesla and the Space X project – quickly threw his support behind the singer.
His wife joined in but back in 2016 she more than suggested politics shouldn't be for him.
She revealed why he shouldn't run - because she has plenty to hide!

Before she hit the big time, an intimate tape of Kim and her boyfriend Ray-J was released to the public by porn company Vivid Entertainment.
The handheld camcorder showed the couple in Mexico to celebrate Kim's birthday where they filmed themselves having sex.
Kim sued to prevent it from being released but the notorious tape went on to make the Kardashian a talked about name in America, after she was previously known as Paris Hilton's stylist.
She told Wonderland “I don’t wanna put words in his mouth, but I’m pretty sure the Democrats.
"Maybe independent? I don’t know how serious he is about it. We’ll see…”
It is not yet clear if Kanye will be launching a political party of his own in order to fully embrace his dream.
Last year, he teased plans for a 2024 election campaign during an interview with Zane Lowe.
“And I will remember…any founder that didn’t have the capacity to understand culturally what we’re doing.”
His latest tweet to move his campaign forward four years has been something of a hit with fans.
